Please read this document carefully before using the 95asia platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 95asia platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. 95asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

- Accounts registered using false or inaccurate information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Account Security

- All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- 95asia will never request your password via email or customer support.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 95asia platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems
- Registering multiple accounts to exploit promotions
- Sharing your account with or allowing others to access your account
- Distributing unlawful content through the platform
- Using automated software or bots to access the platform
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform
- Abusing promotions or special offers provided by 95asia
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of any associated balance pending further investigation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 95asia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all banking details provided are accurate and valid.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be unilaterally reversed. Any disputes relating to a transaction must be submitted to our support team within 7 business days from the date of the transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. 95asia reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that require further investigation into suspicious activity.

Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on the 95asia platform are the exclusive property of this platform. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or repurpose any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. 95asia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such external sites. Users access these links at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
95asia reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the support team.
Once an account is closed, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to full compliance with all applicable terms.
Amendments & Governing Law
95asia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
